Packing Slip Sample

A packing slip is a document that suppliers of a product normally include in the actual package when they ship a product to a customer.

The packing slip is normally generated as an order is being prepared and packaged for delivery to a customer; it contains a detailed description of the product that was packaged for shipping, for later customer verification purposes.

When the customer receives something it ordered, the enclosed packing slip is used by them to verify that the actual contents of the package received matches what they had ordered, and with what was actually shipped by the manufacturer.

The sample packing slip below was set up in MS-Word and contains all of the key information elements that should be included on a standard business packing slip.

Condo rules & Regulations – reminder notice to all residents

The notice below is a general letter to all residents of a condominium complex that explains how the condo rules and regulations were formulated in the first place and how they are monitored and enforced on an ongoing basis. With new owners and tenants continually moving in/out of a condominium building, the new residents are often not aware of what the rules are, or what is expected of them. In this particular case, once this notice was posted prominently on a permanent basis in a common area of the building, infractions of the rules and regulations decreased noticeably.

Fire emergency Orders – Board Members

These “fire emergency orders” for a condominium building were developed and issued to be followed by all responding condo board members whenever a fire alarm sounds in the building. These specific fire orders were drafted because when fire alarms sounded in this particular building, no one on the condo board was clear about what they should do, or what their responsibilities actually were in the case of a fire emergency.
